REGULATIONS

I. GENERAL REGULATIONS OF MAKING AN ORDER

1. The following rules describe the general terms of use of the MARTELLO Sp. z o.o. offer at the following directions: www.martello.pl, www.pledy.pl and www.kocyki.eu.

2. Please check the details of your order before sending the order.

3. Fulfilment of an order starts in the moment we receive it. It’s still possible to make changes in the details of an order for 3 hours after it has been sent.

4. The price given is a gross – VAT tax included. The price includes shipment of the blanket to the address given in details of order.

5. Invoice VAT can be made and delivered on the special request.

6. MARTELLO Sp. z o.o. doesn’t take responsibility for the delayed deliveries or undelivered goods due to the mistakes of the address data in the details of the order.

II. COMPLAINS

If you are not satisfied with the product and have complains, please forward your Complain to the following address:

The producer takes responsibility for technical mistakes or differences of details Knitted in the blanket to the ones given in the order.

III. Postponed orders.

MARTELLO Sp. z o.o. can postpone production of a received order in case of doubts about the content of the details given in the order. MARTELLO Sp. z o.o. will instantly inform the customer about them.
