Processing time

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

The average production time for a blanket or pillowcase personalized with a name and/or other details is 3 business days. Often, a personalized product is ready for shipment the very next day after the order is placed. However, processing times may sometimes be extended. We strive to keep our customers informed of any delays via email.

OTHER PRODUCTS

For clothing and accessories, the average processing time is 1 business day. If an order for products in this category is placed in the morning, the package may even be dispatched on the same day.

Similarly, for non-personalized cotton and wool blankets, we ship most orders within 1 business day. However, if a product in this category needs to be knitted, the processing time becomes 2–3 business days, just like for personalized blankets.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time within Poland is usually 1 business day, regardless of the chosen carrier (InPost or DHL). Personal pickup in Łódź is also available. Delivery times for international shipments range from 2 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country. More information in the Delivery Cost section.
